Low loss, low noise, and high reliability
The shunt reactor adopts a radial iron disc structure with high core fill factor, uniform magnetic flux distribution, negligible leakage flux, and low no-load loss. The iron discs are separated by special non-magnetic spacers (e.g., marble), and the entire assembly is vacuum-impregnated with epoxy resin, ensuring minimal vibration and ultra-low operational noise.
