GW1 Outdoor HV AC Disconnector
GW1-31.5D (G·W) & GW1-2×31.5D (G·W) outdoor high-voltage AC disconnectors are designed for 50Hz railway power lines with nominal voltages of 27.5kV and 2×27.5kV. They operate under no-load conditions to switch high-voltage circuits, adjust operations, and ensure safe isolation of equipment like busbars and circuit breakers during maintenance.

High interchangeability, easy installation and debugging
Contact line with 27.5kV disconnector, material standardized design: same rod type, installation accessories are basically interchangeable, different rod type, transmission parts are interchangeable. Field installation accessories printing identification, easy to distinguish.

Good corrosion resistance
All parts made of ferrous metal are protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanizing or other more reliable methods.

Maintenance-free transmission
Disconnector and its accompanying operating mechanism are made of self-lubricating engineering plastic, which eliminates the trouble of oiling maintenance.

Monolithic base
The base is made of steel plate bending, which can withstand the electric and mechanical stress caused by the line terminal and short-time current.
