IES-321 Transformer Protection
IES-321 is designed specifically to protect various type of power transformers, including two-winding transformers, three-winding transformers as well as shunt reactors in 110kV voltage level and below. The device contains control measurement and monitoring functions. With its modular structure as well as flexible and powerful engineering tool, IES-321 offers future-oriented system solutions with high investment security and low operating costs.
The device is freely programmable. Functional logic diagrams can be developed with the use of graphical programming tool which also supports the configuration of binary inputs and outputs, analog inputs, control buttons, LEDs, disturbance recorder, event recorder, and user interface. Freely programmable logic makes it possible to modify typical functional logic diagrams considering a peculiar nature of the protected object. Three basic types of standard 19” case help to choose the most appropriate solution.

Features
-
01
Multiple Funtion
Highly integrated functions. The main protection and backup protection can be configurated integrated and separately.
-
02
Advanced Principle
Provides a variety of inrush current blocking methods. The self-adaptive blocking criterion makes the protection act quickly even when the no-load transformer is switched onto a slight fault.
-
03
High Sensitivity
For single-phase ground fault inside the transformer, the zero-sequence differential protection has high sensitivity.
-
04
Widely Application
The differential protection can be expanded up to 3 transformer sides. Any side can be taken as the reference side. With various corner modes, the transformer corner can be set flexibly.
