The ZF28A-145 HGIS is a complete set of 110 kV high-voltage three-phase AC switchgear. The whole equipment features a fully enclosed, modular aluminium alloy structure, which can be flexibly combined into different main wiring methods according to user needs. It has strong interchangeability and is easy to expand.

The vertical layout of circuit breakers has a high utilization rate of space, effectively saving land occupation and construction costs. The whole bay is transported leaving the factory. Only busbar connection is required on site, bringing easy installation and commissioning and shortening the site construction cycle greatly.

Optimized Insulation Performance

Under 80% power frequency withstand voltage, the partial discharge of the entire bay is ≤ 5pC, which is higher than the requirements of IEC and GB. Add lightning impulse test at the factory, and the annual gas leakage rate of the double sealed structure is less than 0.1%.

The circuit breaker is equipped with a pure spring operated mechanism, which can achieve three-phase linkage or phase separation operation. The mechanical locking of three position disconnecting and earthing switch can prevent misoperation.
