Operation Across Full Temperature Range
Crash power module incorporates a high-performance supercapacitor. The module integrates a high-performance supercapacitor, ensuring full functionality across extreme temperatures from -40℃ to 85℃.The Supercapacitor retains approximately the same capacitance at -30℃ as at room temperature.
Fully Integrated Functionality
The module integrates supercapacitor-based energy storage, collision detection, driver discharge, and domain control coordination to ensure reliable door unlocking in the event of a vehicle collision.
Proven to Outlast
The Supercapacitor’s inherently low energy density and integrated safety vent eliminate thermal runaway risks. Furthermore, the integrated capacitor management module features built-in degradation diagnostics to ensure ability of power output. The module features an ultra-long service life design, with a nominal cycle life of ≥500,000 cycles—approximately double that of mainstream products.
Simplified Installation Process
The module adopts a 5S1P configuration with small ultracapacitor cells. It delivers sufficient energy for unlocking operations while maintaining a compact, space-efficient form factor, greatly facilitating integration into vehicle packaging layouts without altering the original wiring scheme.
