Product Highlights
Conductive Transmission Advantages
The conductive arm is made of round tube aluminum alloy (with high conductivity and high strength), and its surface has undergone anodic oxidation treatment. It features excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength and outstanding heat dissipation performance. It can support a maximum rated current of 5000A and can withstand a short-term current of up to 63kA.
Conductor Advantages
Superior conductive system. Current-carrying arms made of high-conductivity aluminum alloy feature light weight, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.
Structural Engineering Advantage
Scissor-type double-arm vertical pantograph design. Ample clamping range of moving contacts makes it particularly suitable for flexible busbars while also compatible with rigid busbars. Main conductive path and mounting base share the same centerline for aesthetically balanced construction.
Electromechanical Separation Design
Adopting the design concept of mechanical-electrical separation, the conductive components are insulated from the springs and the mechanical transmission components to prevent the balance springs and transmission components from conducting electricity, thereby enhancing the long-term stability of the transmission components.
