Conductive arms employ slot-shaped aluminum alloy profiles (high conductivity, high strength) with anodized surface treatment. Combines corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and excellent heat dissipation. Supports maximum rated current of 4000A with short-time withstand current up to 50kA.

Novel Contact Structure

Self-energized contact fingers utilize chrome bronze alloy’s inherent elasticity to clamp the contact blade. Beyond meeting standard current-carrying requirements, it satisfies short-term thermal load and electromagnetic force under short-circuit faults while offering superior mechanical wear resistance.

Fully Sealed Bearing Housing

Monolithic cast bearing housing with linkage mechanism design. Internal combined-support bearing structure enables lightweight operation.
