SF6-Free Live Tank Circuit Breaker
SF6-Free live tank circuit breakers are outdoor-type products, using CO2+O2 as the insulation and arc-quenching medium, designed for power grids with a maximum voltage of 145kV that are neutrally grounded or ungrounded. They are used to switch rated currents, fault currents, or transfer circuits, thereby achieving control and protection of the power system. This series products is SF6-free, green and environmentally friendly, with a global warming potential (GWP) of less than 1.

Product Highlights
Engineered for a Lower Environmental Footprint
This series circuit breaker products use CO₂+O₂ as the insulation and arc-quenching medium, no SF₆ gas, GWP value is less than 1.
Proven Breaking Performance
The interrupter of the SF₆-Free series product adopts thermal expansion plus auxiliary puffer arc-extinction technology, offering excellent breaking performance. It meets the 1.3/1.5 shunt switching factor requirements, achieves C2 class capacitive current breaking performance, and reaches E2 class electrical endurance — industry-leading
Long-Term Sealing Integrity
Adopts diaphragm sealing structure. Gas annual leakage rate ≤0.1%.
Proven Insulation Capacity
The interrupter chamber of this SF₆-Free circuit breaker series uses CO₂+O₂ gas insulation. Through comprehensive simulation and type testing verification, the insulation performance is excellent.
