Product Highlights
Low Partial Discharge and Excellent Overvoltage Withstand Performance
Design is optimized for electric, magnetic, thermal and mechanical fields via finite element simulation. Combined with advanced casting processes, the transformer achieves operating partial discharge below 5 pC, exceeding the 10 pC limit stipulated in GB.
Low Temperature Rise and High Overload Capability
The windings feature continuous integrated large cooling air ducts to maximize heat dissipation area. When fitted with cooling fans, the transformer is capable of continuous operation at 150% rated load, delivering superior thermal performance and robust overload tolerance.
Strong Short-Circuit Withstand Capacity
Both HV and LV windings are fully cast with epoxy resin under vacuum conditions, resulting in void-free interiors. The windings are integrated into a monolithic structure for enhanced mechanical strength. Test reports have been obtained from DEKRA laboratory (member of the International Short-Circuit League, STL) and the China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI).
Efficient and Environmentally Responsible
The core adopts an advanced 45° fully mitered joint with seven-step-lap stacking structure, which reduces the no-load loss and noise level of the iron core.
