High Voltage Liquid-Immersed Shunt Reactor
CST 's high voltage liquid-immersed shunt reactor features high reliability, low noise and safe operation. It effectively neutralizes the capacitive effect of EHV long-distance transmission lines, absorbs excess reactive power, and improves power transmission efficiency. Additionally, it suppresses harmonic currents in the power system, enhancing power quality for end-users.

Product Highlights
Low Loss
The core utilizes high-permeability silicon steel sheets to significantly reduce eddy current losses. A radial segmented-core structure with high fill factor and uniform magnetic path minimizes flux leakage, effectively lowering overall losses.
Low Noise
Non-magnetic spacers are applied between core segments, and the entire assembly is vacuum-cast with epoxy resin, resulting in minimal vibration and exceptionally quiet operation.
Extended Service Life
The winding temperature rise is calculated and analyzed using winding thermal simulation software and oil flow analysis software. The oil-directed flow structure design effectively reduces internal hot-spot temperature rise, retards insulation aging, and thereby extends the product's service life.
Low Partial Discharge
Through the implementation of Class A dust control in the production workshop, kerosene vapor-phase drying treatment, vacuum oil impregnation process, round-edge treatment of internal structural components, shielded shaping of lead connections, and the use of high-quality insulating materials, the product achieves excellent electrical performance and low partial discharge levels.
