Main conductive arms and static contact seats employ aluminum alloy profiles (high conductivity, high strength) with anodized surface treatment. Combines corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and excellent heat dissipation. Supports maximum rated current of 5000A with short-time withstand current up to 63kA.

Ensures reliable contact between moving contacts and contact fingers with low operating force. Eliminates impact forces on supporting insulators at both ends. Main contacts feature self-cleaning capability. Contact finger springs made of stainless steel with insulating spacers prevent corrosion and current diversion.

Integral welded base frame enables flexible adjustment of insulator mounting height. Fully sealed bearing housing prevents lubricant loss/solidification, eliminating oil replenishment maintenance.
