Designed and manufactured in accordance with IEEE standards, the transformers meet the requirements of North American 60 Hz power systems and support the continuous high-load operation demands of data center infrastructure. Through flexible engineering coordination, optimized manufacturing processes and efficient project execution, CST achieved a five-month fast-track lead time on an FOB basis, supporting the project's accelerated construction schedule.

Sieyuan Electric has successfully commissioned its independently developed resin-impregnated paper (RIP) dry-type bushings, rated up to 420 kV, at a key substation of Greece's Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO). The project comprises 20 sets of 280 MVA/400 kV three-phase autotransformers. Sieyuan supplied RIP bushings for 17 units, including 55 rated 420 kV, 55 rated 170 kV, 17 rated 126 kV, and 55 rated 52 kV. The oil-free and gas-free RIP capacitive design provides flame-retardant and explosion-resistant performance with a maintenance-free configuration, meeting the project's requirements for safety, reliability and environmental performance.

This project addressed power-quality challenges at the remote end of a weak grid, while overcoming limited land availability and strict excavation restrictions at a mountainous solar farm in the UK. Sieyuan supplied a highly integrated containerised capacitor bank solution, with all main-circuit equipment — including capacitors, reactors and isolating switches — arranged in a compact three-dimensional layout within a standard container enclosure. All internal busbar connections and secondary control wiring were completed and withstand tests conducted before delivery, eliminating the need for extensive onsite secondary wiring. Only primary cable connections were required during installation, reducing construction activities, minimising exposure to high UK labour costs and site-interface risks, and enabling faster grid connection while meeting power-quality requirements.

For the La Niña-Piura Transmission Hub Project, Sieyuan supplied 157 instrument transformers in the 550 kV and 245 kV classes, for 500 kV and 220 kV transmission systems respectively. The equipment passed full-scale shake-table tests and obtained formal seismic qualification reports, while customized corrosion-resistant and sealing solutions addressed the coastal environment.
